General terms and conditions of use for buying museum tickets and tickets for Alka of Sinj

Terms and conditions of use
Before making a purchase, customers are obliged to familiarise themselves with these Terms and Conditions and to reexamine them upon each visit to this webpage in order to remain familiar with their rights and obligations. Acting contrary to this shall exonerate the Seller from all liability. The Seller is the Alka Knights Society of Sinj. The Customer is a visitor of the webshop who selects one of the offered tickets, pays for it by credit or debit card and sends an order to the Seller. Tickets cannot be booked without making a purchase. The currency is Croatian kuna (HRK). Ticket prices for the Alka of Sinj are listed VAT inclusive. Ticket prices for the Museum are listed VAT exclusive, as museums are exempt from paying VAT. It shall be considered that a purchase contract has been concluded after payment transaction has been successfully completed with a Visa, Maestro or MasterCard card via Payment Gateway.

Orders and Payment Methods
The moment that an order is received, the Alka Knights Society of Sinj will notify the Customer via e-mail that the purchase has been successfully completed. The purchase contract is concluded with the successful completion of payment via a debit and/or credit card. Payment for ordered tickets can be made with the following cards: Visa, Maestro and MasterCard.

Delivery and returns
Vouchers are delivered to the Customer via an e-mail sent to the e-mail address entered in the user’s profile. The Alka Knights Society is not liable for any damages incurred by entering the wrong e-mail address in a user profile, or by the inability to send the voucher due to technical problems on the part of the e-mail service provider. Together with the voucher, the Customer will also receive a receipt. The Seller shall send this receipt via e-mail only if so requested by the Customer. Otherwise, the Customer shall receive the fiscal receipt at the Seller’s point of sale when exchanging the voucher for a hard copy of the ticket. The Customer is obliged to print the sent voucher or store it in another manner, and to present it to the authorised staff. If the Customer applied certain discounts to their purchase, they are obliged to supply evidence on their right to discount to the authorised staff (e.g. student ID, proof of retirement etc.). The Customer is obliged to keep the voucher in a safe place until they use the service to which the voucher applies. Tickets cannot be booked without making a purchase. Refunds of purchased tickets are also not possible. In case of any dispute in relation to the justifiability of the grounds for complaint, or in case the Customer, according to their subjective assessment, holds that they did not receive adequate service, the common business practice is to report this case to one of the competent institutions. The competent official bodies then perform all the necessary investigations in order to determine compliance with the law. In case of any dispute, the competent court is the court in Split.
